A relatively new addition to the Columbine neighborhood, the Corral consists of three separate residential buildings with a variety of 1, 2 & 3 bedroom floorplans. About half of these come with a deeded one-car garage and the remainder will have surface parking.

The Corral has quite a few common amenities including a game room, outdoor hot tubs, fitness center and elevators in all of the buildings. There's also a free town shuttle bus nearby, but most will simply walk the three blocks into town or walk about the same distance to the Quicksilver ski lift. Corral occupants unfortunately do not get access to the Columbine pool area.
